Birthday Yarn = Yarn I Will Use for Myself

So, my mom is silly. She was questioning why I would want her to buy me yarn for my birthday if I wasn't going to use it to make stuff for selling, and I simply told her, "because it's my birthday." She can be really crazy sometimes. I'm not going to use really nice yarn that someone buys me on gifts or items for other people. Plus, I don't need anymore yarn for other people, since I have some much already. I'm already making hats and scarves, which I guess I might sell at the K-nitters thing this fall.

Last night I had a dream that I was pretending to be French and speaking "French" to people, even though most of the time I was just saying gibberish to people, and then I would tell them what I said in English, but with a French accent. I'm so weird. I tend to dream about languages alot. One time I had a dream that I was in Europe (where in Europe, I don't remember) at a fast-food sort of place. I wanted to order a cheeseburger or something like that in French, but I couldn't read the menu (since it was in Swedish, but I know that we weren't in Sweden). I was about to attempt to speak Swedish, but then I thought, "I don't know Swedish." I've "spoken" several languages in my dreams before: Spanish, French, Italian, German, Latin(wtf?), Chinese, Japanese, and an African dialect that uses clicking, to name a few. That French-Swedish dream is the first time that my brain didn't even know how to fake-speak a language. Apparently, Swedish is too hard.

I'm listening to my Andrew Bird station on Pandora right now. His new album has been out for a few months, and it is pretty much awesome. Every time I hear "The Happy Birthday Song" off of Andrew Bird & the Mysterious Production of Eggs, I always have the idea of calling someone on his or her birthday and either singing it or playing it. There's something about how the song starts that always gets me. It just makes me feel different and happy for the moments that it is playing. Not too many people I know listen to Andrew Bird, so I'd have to get them to listen to him first before my plan would be appreciated.

Well, later peeps.
