Holidays
I'm making most of my gifts for people, or at least personalizing them in some way. I've been knitting headband things, scarves and such, painting Geishas on boxes for people,and making tiny little paintings. Christmas sucks when its about making sure that you remember to get all of your 9 billion uncles, aunts, and first cousins something instead of giving them things that they will really value. It also sucks because all of those relatives will still expect to get top of the line gifts (a.k.a. crazy-ass expensive shit) from you, but not give you anything in return. I know that some of the things that I bought or am making will not be appreciated, but that's Capitalist Christmas for you, I guess. Whatev. At least I'm having fun painting--not so much with the knitting, since my hands are starting to cramp. Back to the grind.
