Final Call for Rough Drafts and Altered Timelines
Ok Gang, here's the plan.
I have already received several comments and messages that people would prefer an extension on the final draft (to be honest so would I). So the final draft due date is being pushed back to the end of November. This will also give more time for the artists, who I've regrettably been neglecting. Sorry for that.
Now the only issue with extending the final draft due date is NaNoWriMo, National Novel Writing Month (or something like that). I was planning on trying NaNoWriMo myself this year if my work situation allows it, but I digress. I know some members of our community will be going for NaNoWriMo and are concerned about conflicitng projects. My only request is that we all do our best. I'm hesitant to push the due date any further back because then we would run into the holiday season, and I'm willing to bet we'll all be busy regardless of what holidays we do/don't celebrate.
Anyways, this is the final, I repeat FINAL chance for you to get me a copy of your rough draft. I want to be clear that not sending me the draft does NOT remove you from the Big Bang, only from the artist portion of it. No rough draft means I can't include your fic in the Art Bang, but please remember you are still part of the fiction side of things. I just can't keep the artists waiting any longer.
On October 1st I'll be posting the artist signups, any rough drafts & summaries not submitted by this Friday (September 30th) will not be included.
