WEEK 4 || voting
This week's voting took me FOREVER to put together, for some reason... I kept making mistakes and stuff XD
Anyway! 19 lovely submissions this week :) About a third less than previous weeks... Were the themes too specific or hard or something? @.@; Of course, I shouldn't be complaining-lots of icontests would absolutely love to have 19 submissions XD
This week's special category is Best Emotion. That is, the icon that you feel has a best display of emotion appropriate to its subject. No theme-specific special categories this week, though, since none of the themes reached 10 entries ^^; And no Mod's Choice either, as we need 25 entries to have one.
Also! Pay attention to the special rule this week: Vote for four DIFFERENT icons! I'd like to maximize your chances of winning this week ^^;

♦ When giving constructive criticism, be polite and give the artist suggestions; don't merely point out what's wrong. Also, do not nitpick unless the artist replies and specifies that they would like more detail in the crit.
