This is just a little notice to bring to you...
atla_battle is a LIMS (Last Iconmaker Standing) challenge, much like avatar_lims-only... there's a twist.
There's a plot holding the LIMS together.
First, you sign up to "roleplay" one character. You will then submit icons under that character's name, so your identity will be hidden for the duration of the challenge. Events in the LIMS, such as eliminations, loss of points, etc. will all affect the plot of the story. The challenges themselves are based on events that happen in the plot. For example, if the characters find themselves in a desert and are desperately in need of water, you may be challenged to make icons featuring water or waterbending. Icons featuring fire, the sun, etc. will lose points because they go against the theme and hinder the characters.
Each iconmaker starts with 5 points. As the LIMS go on, points are added for favorite icons and taken away for least favorite icons. Skips and getting least favorite do NOT eliminate you; rather, points are subtracted from your total. You are only eliminated if you reach 0 points.
If we have enough people, we may even go into a Final Battle mode! :P
The idea was inspired by ff_kh_battle, and I figured that it'd be a great way to pass the time until Season 3 and to, well, have a crack!fic tied in with graphics. XD!
