AX 2012 - Gathering! Pro-Bending--?!
I know there is a thread on the cosplay.com forums for it, but it's been pretty dead. I'll be posting there about this question after but for now I thought I would bring it up here (and later spam it around tumblr). And I couldn't find a general Korra community that wasn't for fanworks, so sorry about that.
Anyway, this is a post about a gathering for AX 2012 (the cosplay.com poll is looking like a tie for Day 1 and Day 3) for A:tLA and LoK! More specifically, this is pointed to those of you who might be making OC pro-bending teams (I've seen them out there so don't try to deny it!). My friends and I are actually going to be making uniforms to have finished in time for AX (well, we'll be short our earthbender...). We thought it would be super awesome if others came in their pro-bending uniforms and we had a giant "tournament" (consisting of us running around being stupid) with a few photographers for some awesome shots.
Uh, if no one else really seems interested in that, then we'll be doing our own private shoot later (with our earthbender) and... yeah. But still! It could be fun!
