my question is why the rule "219: I will be selective in the hiring of assassins. Anyone who attempt to strike down the hero the first instant his back is turned will not even be considered for the job" and the rule "44: I will only employ bounty hunters who work for money. Those who work for the pleasure of the hunt tend to do dumb things like even the odds to give the other guy a sporting chance" both exist. they seem to contradict one another quite a bit.
anyways, these are DEF full of lulz. i loved the other post, too. some of these seem like they were meant for the scenes!
219 says don't hire assassins who would attack someone with their back turned (because, like Aang, they'll have some move up their sleeve to counterattack), and 44 says to only hire assassins who kill for money. Don't sound contradictory to me.
i just meant that 219 is based upon having an honorable/fair fight, whereas 44 says that doing things "like [evening] the odds to give the other guy a sporting chance" (basicaly the same thing as a fair fight) is stupid.
anyways, i didn't mean anything by it, just noticed. :)
