Apparel and accessories (clothes, watches, etc.): The Nickelodeon Shop
Appa and Momo plushes: The Nickelodeon Shop, though they are currently sold out
Have You Seen Appa?! and season one box set poster: eBay.com (rare and bidding is competitive, good luck)
All other posters and calendar: eBay.com, AllPosters.com, Amazon.com
Magazine: Besides eBay, there was some way that AvatarSpirit.net posted about.. but the information is now removed, so this could be the only way
Burger King toys: eBay.com, since the promotion has ended
Games and other toys: Wal-Mart, Toys"R"Us, The Nickelodeon Shop
Trading card game: eBay.com and...??
Edibles (fruit snacks, Airheads) and band-aids: Most groceries and pharmacies
