Slept a lot this weekend. Not sure why. May be the cold weather. Of course this puts me back on all the things that need to be done...
Today, worked on:
Edits/changes for my article on bouncers for the January 8, 2009 cover story of the SD Reader. To promote the story and the Reader, I will be making morning news appearances on local FOX, NBC, KUSI, and some radio spots that week.
Worked on appendix for my book on William T. Vollmann, due out late Spring 08 from McFarland and Co., a publisher I am doing several other books with: Women in the Work and Life of Raymond Carver (criticism), First Person Sociology (anthology I'm editing), and Raymond Carver: A Biography. I may also do a book about reality TV as autobiography there.
Act II on TV pilot, "Sanchez and Kelly," that will be pitched next summer for Fall 2010.
