2 Bleach colourings

In the icon version, Nel's hair is just a bunch of rough, large-ish brush strokes, but I tried to make it prettier and neater here. Wavy hair is a pain. ;_____;

- Comments/constructive criticism would be nice. :)
- Don't edit the images, etc etc etc.
