Fast Times at Stargate Command
A thumb slid across the fold, tightening the crease before Faith flipped the paper and treated the other side to the same routine until a vaguely airplane shape formed and she smirked. Brown eyes lifted, meeting the Colonel’s gaze and a brow rose in challenge. “Ready when you are.”
Blue eyes narrowed before they dipped and Mitchell added the finishing touches to his own plane, using his nails to tighten the tip. The airplane was lifted, presented for him to get a closer look before he muttered, “Oh yeah.”
Those blue eyes looked past the paper to Faith and he flashed her a smirk that stirred up a low down tingle, but before she could comment or possibly drag him across the table and into her lap he was standing and heading towards the exit to his office. Her head shook and Faith pushed herself up and onto her military issue boots, that were hella comfortable, and followed him.
Mitchell’s gaze took on a distinct light, something close to dangerous, as he asked, voice conversational, “Should we test these in the embarkation room or Jackson’s office?”
“Embarkation room?”
“Where the Stargate lives.”
“Gotcha.” Faith pondered and then smiled, “Jackson’s.”
“Genius.”

There’s Something on the Wing
“He’s quiet.” Tony watched McGee’s head lifted from his self-inflicted paperwork with a sigh and he turned towards Tony as he explained, “a little too quiet. Ya know what I mean?”
“Can’t say that I do,” McGee snapped before countering, “He’s got the Abby stamp of approval.”
“Abby approves of you,” Tony argued as he watched their newest IT guy make his way to the elevator, green hair clashing with-well-everything around him.
Tony sat up a little straighter when Osbourne turned, offered him a wave before departing. His eyes narrowed, there was definitely something up with that guy.
