I lost a lot of faith (what little I had) in this enroaching enterprise (MSNBC)after reading this article. Pay attention to the grammar in the first paragraph.

It might have flown under the radar if they had continued with the same tense, even thought they screwed up the plural form (louisana was would be fine, once you add in multiple nouns, you have to use were instead of was.) but alas, read on. They changed it, a big nono. I am very touchy about grammar, especially now even more so since I am taking the "History of the English Language" which is precisely that. Keep reading, he screws up even more later on when releasing foreclosure rates; he has an entire sentence tranposed. WHERE is the editor? Was this written in three minutes? Then there are the fragments, run ons....I am so rating this story a ZERO due to it burning my eyes and hurting my brain.
