10% Donations List 2018!! :) #FutureNurture !
(updated) Greetings Thank you, 2018!
As part of a life-vow and the deep dream-vision that fuels my art, I continue to channel 10% of my income to help support and 'FutureNurture' a garden of as many BetterWorld initiatives, causes and organizations as possible for the world I hope we will grow. We are evolving our ability to hear where there is suffering and need across distance and connect to parts of us making a positive difference on the ground. We are able to amplify the best of what humanity has to offer... and evolve creative responses to global challenges.

In 2018 I felt very supported by the Universe in these endeavors as many wishes hammered within my 'Prayerweave for Puerto Rico' artwork (created over many months following Hurricane Maria) felt somehow heard and answered! The eventual showing and sale of this piece (now in the collection of 21st Century Museum Hotels!) enabled the sending of pulses of nourishment to many important grassroots efforts I had been researching and connecting to in order to help build a more resilient Puerto Rico and bring solar energy to many areas around the island. (see list of 2018 and also 2017). As in the dream, I felt the deep joy in being part of a larger group of humanity doing this collectively to affect positive change.
I am forever grateful to the Pollock-Krasner Foundation for granting me an artist award which I was able to use to rent dedicated studio space for the creation of a new body of (global) Prayerweaves and Touchmaps. I was thrilled to be able to share these new tactile works in a solo exhibition 'FutureNurture' in Chelsea, NY and have many people visit to view and touch the works and embedded hopes. Ongoing sales from this body of work have been helping me send many more pulses of support to various organizations and fundraisers on my donation 'wishlists' and I am even more determined to continue and hopefully double donations in 2019!
As the dreamvision showed what is possible when Giving pulses become more and more frequent and globally widespread, let us please all reach out in any ways we can to FutureNurture and co-create a more compassionate and thriving world! The amount is not the important thing, but an evolving openness and belief in the accumulation of many Small actions and ongoing contributions of Care from all of us. I am so encouraged by seeing the exponential expansion of the global GivingTuesday this year as well as the growing trend of Facebook Birthday Fundraisers and all the many ways I have been watching crowdfunding evolve and increase over time.... It is definitely happening... and I look forward to seeing the very best of the dreamvision manifest! WE can do this.
