An important rule i shall not forget:
Subpeona Duces Tecum: power to compell discovery of documents.
Subpeona Ad Testificandum: Power to compell discovery of testamony.
This would be Rule 45 of the FRCP for ya'll that care..
I will know this (thanks to my man....)
Otherwise the other half a million rules can kiss my but. Except for 13 (counter/cross claims).
