Halloween cometh

Costume's coming along, but there be work to do:

• Trenchcoat, tan - CHECK
• Fedora, tan - CHECK
  
• Pants, pinstripe, navy - CHECK
• Gloves - ON ORDER
  
• Scarf, white - CHECK
• Mask, white - TO DO
  
• Button, smiley face, yellow - TO DO

I probably have enough fabric to make the mask, but I'm still uncertain how to proceed.  I'm thinking a single, rectangular sheet of white fabric, wrapped around my head in a cylinder fashion and sewn together at the back and at the top. A few cuts up at the top to help make things easier, but doesn't need to be sewn too fancy there - my hat should cover it up. Make incisions on the face for the inkblots and attach black gauze (sew? glue?) to the inside.
