My version:
I would like to be the lack of air
that inhibits your breathing for
a moment. I would like to be that
serious, unwanted, and yet memorable.
It's strange really, I feel as though
all I've ever been, in each "relationship,"
is nothing more than a stepping stone.
And lately Ive been thinking that perhaps
I cause this sensation on a subconcious
level...by somehow pushing them away.
Those moments and memories are fleeting,
like the shadows from the dawn.
