NOVEMBER AWARDS TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey guys...
Woot! Three months and a month of Nano down and still going! And it's all because of you. :D We are thrilled to see so many still writing with us and once again we want to say a big thank you to everyone who is participating. We'd also like to remind you that once December is over we are starting this all up again in January with springwrite. But more on that later. Now it's time for the NOVEMBER AWARDS! :D
The first shiny we want to give out is for everyone who wrote in November. You may not have reached the official "quota" but if you wrote, if you found your muse and made your own quota or just got started, this award is for you.
I'll be putting all the rest of the usual awards as well as a special NaNo award under the cut. Please check them out. :D
The next award is for everyone who did make the monthly official quota of 36900. If you did congratulations!! You are doing a wonderful job and here is the award for your accomplishment.
And now for all of you awesome writers who managed to complete Nano WriMo this month. Personally I'm in awe of all of you and I want to give you all a big congratulations. That is an awesome achievement and in honor of that we've made you a special banner. Good job guys. You are seriously impressive! :D I may not have everyone as I'm just going on counts reported to me but I'd like to recognize acushla712, bravenewyou, crescent_gaia, de311_nightluva, durakan, heartundone, jupitersings, lcviolin07, lilimist, minteluxe, oskalaboska, poeticthings, shirleyann66, sirwynai, smakn, and stormingheavens.
Our next two awards are the individual awards for most words written in November and most words written in a single day in November. This month the award for most words written in a month goes to jupitersings who had a monthly total of 301,755 words and the highest daily total award goes to durakan with a total of 32,064 on November 1st. Congratulations on these awards guys. You should be very proud!
The next set of awards we have are the team awards and we will start with the total team points award which has been won by Team 3. Congratulation guys! Keep up the good work. Team 3 wins this award with a point total of 3,458 points. Amazing guys!
The next team award we have is for the most active team. This award is given to the team that has the most word count comments. As we've said before we like to believe that every word counts and this award reflects that because it requires a lot of daily writing by the entire team. This award also goes to Team 4 for having 225 word count comments for the month of November. Good job guys! (As stated in the rules comments of zero were not counted)
Finally we have the teamwork award which goes to the team with the most participating members. To determine the winner for this award we looked to see how many different people on each team posted at least two word count comments or more. Team 4 took the award this award this month with 8 participating members. Good job guys. It's good to see so many participating! :D
And now for my most favorite individual award. This award is for everyone who posted a word count for each day in November. This is the perfect attendance award. This is a great accomplishment because it's not always easy to find time to write everyday. Good job guys. By my records this award goes to acushla712, heartundone, jupitersings, poeticthings, shirleyann66, sirwynai, smakn, and stormingheavens.
Now we would all like to say a big CONGRATULATIONS to each and every one of you who has participated so far and we look forward to more exciting months of writing with all of you. I also want to point out that for the teams do remember that these teams are not static. New members may join and old members may become active again which is something we'd LOVE to see throughout the challenge.
Everything starts fresh this month so if you haven't written as much as you've hoped consider it a fresh start to try and meet that monthly goal of 36,900! And if you have had a good month remember what you did in November does not carry over for November awards. We will have over all awards at the end of the challenge though so the first month isn't completely out the window. ;)
You've all done an excellent job and we are looking forward to more writing fun with all of you.
