Friends

This week I got a really sweet card from my former best friend (not S). Her father died I think one day before my mother in law and even though I knew about it (I sent her a card), she didn't learn about it until she ran into my mother in the supermarket last week. She then decided to send me (us) a card saying she was sorry and that she understood what we were going through and everything. It was so sweet. We were great friends for years and years, but eventually we grew apart and now we don't see each other anymore. We ran into each other this year at the theater though and it was really nice to talk to her again. Anyway, she asked if I felt like meeting up again some time, which would be great! It's funny, this week I also got another email from S. I love it that she's somewhat back into my life, and that she also still cherishes what we had. Two of my former best friends contacting me in one week, wow, that really made me happy. :)

What also made me happy is crazy ass emails from happybike when I'm having a shit time at work. You rock epically babe ♥
