I saw The Da Vinci Code yesterday and I don't get what everybody's been nagging about. I thought it was quite good, especially the absolutely perfectly cast Tom Hanks, Ian McKellen and of course Paul Bettany <3. It's a shame the movie envoked so much Church-hatred in me though. I hate religion so much that I can't even find words to describe it. It's so hypocrite and they spread so many lies that so many dumb people actually believe, just because they're too scared to think for themselves. Oh my God. I just... wish the world was a better place. Or no, I wish people wouldn't be so mindblowly stupid.
Anyway.
My parents are away on holiday so Thijs and me have the house for ourselves, which is especially nice since it means I get to cook. I love cooking! I always cook for myself but in the studenthouse I live in you can't really do anything spectacular, not only because of the mess in the kitchen but also because they don't have that much equipment. Ooh I can't wait till I have my own house&kitchen where I can experiment away, heh. Oh well, at least I can already make guacamole and pancakes, hahah. (How impressive)
Oh, and for the first time I actually drove at a speed of 120 km/h at my driving lesson this Friday. It was awesome! I can't wait till I get my licence.
