Okay. So.
I just looked through our course catalog and was trying to figure out how many classes I'm going to have to take over the summer in order to graduate on time. I counted all the classes I still have left, leaving a semester open for student teaching, etc. The total I came to was 8:
3 English classes
2 Education classes
1 Philosophy Class
1 Geography Class
1 Science Class
Remember, I have three semesters left at college, one of which is reserved for student teaching. So, the above 8 classes have to be done in 2 semesters. 4 classes a semester, obviously. Which equals zero summer classes.
I'VE BEEN COUNTING WRONG THIS ENTIRE TIME. ASSUMING I'M CORRECT ABOUT ALL OF THIS I AM UNDER ABOUT A MILLION TIMES LESS PRESSURE TO CRAM THIS ALL IN TO THE NEXT YEAR AND A HALF THAN I THOUGHT. THIS IS QUITE POSSIBLY THE MOST EXCITING THING I HAVE FIGURED OUT ALL YEAR.
I'm seriously about to freak out. I'm going to double check with my advisor asap but I'm pretty sure I'm right. Ho.Lee.Shit.
Please please PLEASE let this be right.
In other news, I'm about to go to a bitchin bbq/concert/carnival out on the front lawn that is a fundraiser for Darfur.
I miss everyone. LOVE!
