Hey, speaking of pipe-dreams!
I was talking to Mom earlier and we started hashing some things out. We were both DEAD SERIOUS. Here's a summary:
I want to go somewhere cooler, near Canada and far from here(Adventure~), Mom loved the northern bit of her Cali trip and loves the Pacific, forests, hiking, wine, and otters, and Tim wants to move to work designing planes after college. West, Cool climate, Canadian-buddy, Boeing planes... We must move to Washington State.
Mom's putting Jersey-cat up for adoption and trying to find Popcorn's owner. If we can't find them, we'll have him up for adoption, too. Sheela's over 15 years old. Soon, we'll just have Quincy. Tim and I will be out of college in about two years(hopefully) and Ron's girls are grown to where Amanda is a freshman and Sara's out soon and on her own. Ron works for a computer programming company and can move. Mom is a year, maybe two from having her 30 years in at the school and she wants to go into a totally different career. Computers and a new career for an antique-lover ...Maybe Washington isn't so far-fetched . Let's see- Computers for Ron: Microsoft. New career for Mom: WA has a gajillion antique stores, I'm sure she'd fit right in with her dolls. Aeronautical engineering for Tim: Boeing. Museums, Art repair, Libraries for me: Seattle's art etc. museums, anyone? Plus, I could always run away to B.C. if I wanted to~ Haha~
