Hello~ My weekend is going well (probably because I'm using a large amount of optimism) and I took an ice cream break to look on pixiv. Well, I've seen a few T&B Egyptian mythology cross overs and I've always loved how they handled Kotetsu. However, no one seems to have Bani play, too. :/ This doesn't make a lot of sense to me because there IS an Egyptian Rabbit Goddess. She's really pretty neat, has a strange association with snakes(OUROBOROSSSS!), and is tied with super speedy Hermes, so good on her~ If you kinda juggle Unut with the Chinese Rabbit God and the ancient rabbit goddess who inspired Easter bunnies, you end up with a fairly convincing Bunny-chan. Personally, I love the idea that all similar gods are the same/related so that Unut could be seen as Easter and Tu'er Ye wrapped up in one deity. And another thing- why is Tetsu always Anubis? Is Anubis just the first Egyptian God that pops to mind? In my mind, I see him as being much closer to Sekhmet who was Goddess of war and the one "who made evil-doers shake in fear". Sounds Like Wild Tiger to me~ Then there is the story of when she had a huge blood thirst and drank all of the wine on the Nile and was reduced to a purring kitten of a Goddess while drunk. Also. Sadly. Tetsu. 9-9;  If anyone is the feared skinny weigher of hearts it is Yuri. =3=~ Then there are the choices of colors: Green is symbolic of new growth and joy(Tetsuish, but not Anubis-like) and Red for Bani is Anger/revenge or the color of Egyptian men(Yes. Perfect.), but both have a good amount of black (Death, poor lonely babies ;3;) and white (purity and holiness, nice for Heroes), so I like how the symbols pan out~ So~ I see no reason why tanned and awesome Egyptian!Kotetsu needs to be so lonely. In summary: T&B EGYPT X-OVER NOW, PLS. *grabby hands*

awesome, myths, t&b
