Aiyaa it's been so many days since I've blogged, mainly cuz either nothing happens are everything happens all at once. ^^; I'm sorry for being such a horrible LJ friend. The last couple of days has been quite busy. So to recap.
✚ Friday day, met up with a bunch of friends for dinner and to collaborate a present for surealistic-des' 21st. I drove D out but before I hurt my gut laughing at him cuz we went shopping for red wings. xD Yes, everyone was tripped out when he mentioned them. Apparently he needed them for a themed staff party. He told me that he couldn't find red ones (LOL he even tried SexyLand xD) so we went to a costume hire and bought white ones with the plan to make them red somehow. The discussion we had with the Riot Art people was totally amusing and we walked out with red dye. Unfortunately we didn't end up dying them, but seeing D walk around the shopping centre with wings on was hilarious. Then met up with maiaki, lveaddkt, and breakfast-kiss in the city for tea. Guys, I liked Pacific, let's go there more often. :D
I ended up driving everyone home then staying at lveaddkt's place with maiaki. breakfast-kiss stayed til about 2am watching vids with us but went home for the night. I didn't sleep all night (making that my 3rd night of no sleep) and was pretty out of it all day Sat. xD The next day we took Fi's family 7 seater and drove all the way down the east-side for Des' 21st party. Di, it was fun! Thank you for hosting us. :D Everyone was so friendly and of course, free food, grog and karaoke. :D Horrible weather though, near hurricane rain and wind. >.<; I managed to sleep quite well that night though, despite waking the next morning really sore. I'm still a little sore now.
✚ Sunday had me waking late and then just burning stuff for breakfast-kiss. Ness came round in the evening and we took asagao-blossoms to dinner then mooched off D at work. Love it when he supervises, we get free goodies from Max Brenner.
✚ Monday was one the most amusing days I've had in awhile. I saw Zac Efron. XD Okay starting from the start. Fi convinced me to skip class with her and go to the 17 Again premiere at the Jam Factory. We got out there a bit before 5, when Zac was scheduled to arrive around 6-6.30. There was SO many teens and little children. It was so cute. We found a spot to stand just to the right of the the little stage, only two rows away from the red carpet and the area for the paparazzi.
We waited while chatting and just making jokes. Occasionally there'd be bouts of screaming and we'd be like 'Who is it?!' xD The only person I recognised was a lady newsreader and Neighbours star Brett Tucker (honestly I had to wiki his name, I only recognised his face). Apparently there were more stars but I didn't see/recognise them. While we were waiting, there was a girl with her parents standing to my right and I honestly could not get over what a spoiled and rude little brat she was. She was complaining to her mother about not being able to see (she came up to about my armpit about 12 years old or so) very rudely then insulted an older lady. A girl in a wheelchair was a little further along and her mother moved forward with her. The rude girl told her mum that she was in that spot and told her to ask the other lady to move. Her mother asked politely only to have her daughter go "I WAS THERE FIRST YOU BITCH". I honestly could not believe it. The other lady said told her she had a horrible attitude and if she apologised she'd think about moving. The rude girl threw a fit and point blank refused. She even had her mother complain to a security guard. I swear I could've slapped her.
Anyway, that was the only bad thing about the night. Around 6ish the people watching the premiere started walking the carpets and there was random bouts of screaming. By then there was a shrill group of girls behind us that would scream their heads off when the other people did then ask "WHO IS IT I CAN'T SEE?!" Then around 6.30 a huge ruckus kicked up then the girls in front of us screamed. Zac had arrived. xD All of sudden everyone was like twice as tall and I had to put effort in if I were to be able to see. I could see him making his way down to us signing autographs. When he got in front of us, the entire group of girls surrounding us -screamed-. I stood there staring at Zac with my fingers in my ears. Two girls right behind me were screaming right into my ears. He stopped to talk to a lady and a little girl for a program called 'an act of kindness' or something like that. He took an interview before going onto stage with Brett Tucker. Even with microphones, you could barely hear him over the screams and yells. Brett told everyone to pipe down. xD They talked for a bit, made his way through the rest of the red carpet then took the escalators up to the cinemas. And that was it.

Fi bought a Rolling Stones poster of Zac and grabbed a stack load of the free 17 Again posters then we went to TGI Fridays for tea. We sat outside with a perfect view of the stage and everyone still gathered around it. Fi had her eye on the giant life size promo poster that was stuck on the stage and she asked 2 security guards if the would give it to her. xD Of course she came away empty handed. There was streamers of 17 Again posters stuck together and hanging from the 2nd level and at one point, the staff up there starting taking them off and dropping them to the fangirls downstairs. Each one was like 6 posters, front and back taped vertically. There was big scuffles and girls would walk away with majorly tattered posters. I have no idea what you would want to do with it being so ripped and mauled. There was one group of major hardcore fangirls which were like the last to leave and one of the girls had a giant role up of the red carpet. I am not kidding. Me and Fi could -not- stop laughing at that.
After finishing up tea, Fi and I decided to go watch a movie. We bought tix to see He's Just Not That Into You. And during wait time we watched them pull apart the stage set, red carpet, barricades. It was quite interesting to watch. A stage worker was carrying a life size poster upstairs and Fi intercepted him going 'Do you still need that?' xD He didn't have the authority to give her anything but he said he's ask. He didn't get back to her though, so she didn't have very nice thoughts about him.
We headed upstairs to wait for our movie when the premier people were still packing up and Fi managed to grab a stack of the premier postcards which had a message from Zac on the back (front | back). We had to wait about another half an hour cause they needed to clean the cinema (which was the same one used for the premiere). It was funny, small teams of people kept going in with rubbish bags but it was ages before anyone came out and when they did.. wow I never realised how much rubbish there could be. Fi's fourth and last attempt at the giant Zac poster: a Village guy was hauling it past us to what must be the storeroom - "Is that for me?" xD He valued his salary more.
He's Just Not That Into You was really fun. I really liked it. I don't have much to say about it except it was good, I laughed a lot more than I expected to. ^_^ Laughed and giggled heaps with Fi. All in all a very fun day.
