Another up-date becuz I talk too much (err, type too much)
Not quite finished screencapping yet, but I just had to chat about a few things I noticed while doing so. Hope you don't mind.. since it's screencap/ER related, I'll do it here.
Cool thing about screencapping.. when I do it, I do it with the volume off (ohh sounds kinky), and you just notice little things you probably wouln't normally.
Parminder is amazing. I mean, seriously, amazing. Her facial expressions during the scene where she actually gets the news.. the tears, the disbelief, the horror.. it's all there reflected in her eyes. You can see every emotion so clearly. Then there's the fact that she had to go from super happy to absolutely devestated in such a short time. She does it amazingly well. One minute she's smiling, and the next she looks like a frightened little girl, and the next she's angry and in denial. I didn't realize what a great actress she was until screencapping this episode. She should get an emmy.
Abby's belly is gigantic. It looks like she's having twins. Seriously, the woman's about to blow. Maura's eyes also tear up a lot in this episode. I noticed before.. she is amazing when it comes to crying on camera. I don't know how she does it. Another amazing actress.
I've noticed this before, but I'll mention it now since I'm thinking about it. Goran, honey, I love you, but you lick your lips A LOT. Don't feel bad, I do it too, but it's very noticable to us screencappers. Fortunately, Goran Visnjic looks good doing anything.. and I do mean anything. When he licks his lips, well, let's just say I enjoy it. It just makes for some funny screencaps. I have several with his eyes closed and his tongue sticking out. Lots of very sexy Luka moments in this episode too.. especially that smile. God, that smile! Which leads me to..
I have about a zillion shots of the drug lock-up scene with Luka and Abby. Seriously, you could probably make a video with all of them. I'll probably go back and do it again too. Luka makes Abby so happy in that scene. Seriously, the big smile on her face when he mentions the hole in the sand for her big belly (no sound - I just have the scene memorized) is adorable. They are so friggin cute in this scene, it makes my heart melt.
Shane West doesn't lick his lips a lot, but he does make a lot of scrunched up faces. Don't get me wrong, I like him, but the man has some seriously funny expressions.
I'm starting to love screencapping Sam. Seriously, the camera loves her. She also has the best WTF expression I've ever seen. She uses it a lot in this episode.
