A Rollercoaster Day.
Been so busy i haven't been able to come here and write what i've need to. I've had to let things just slide. Tomorrow im going on my 10th day working and thankfully it's my last and i have 5 days off. :) And when i come back my work time will be RIGHT!!! I hate people mis-communicating and making me work hrs i dont have to and then promising me to switch them and never doing it or getting back to me that you aren't but just keep saying you are or someone else is. Grrrrrr No likey you people. :( LoL But come next tuesday ill be good, but i won't forget. You ever need a favor? I won't hear ya. LoL
But now to the rollercoaster day. Thursday July 10th was a very emotional day.
1. My Aunt Bonnie's birthday
2. We finally found us a Wii Fitt with help from Dustin. :)
3. My Great Uncle Jim was buried
4. My lil Bennie was put to sleep. :(
5. My lowes had our Grand Opening
Three of those was good. The Wii Fitt rocks!! Dustin texted me saying Sam's had them and i rushed Lewis over there with my money as soon as he could. I would have went but i was working. Lewis had to come all the way to Bedford, get my money, then rush to Roanoke. LoL But we got one!!! Yay! Thanks again Dustin. Grand opening was boring. Nothing exciting as i thought they would do.
Bennie being put down was.....shocking! I haven't cried so hard like i did that day and the next two days in quite a while. I made my self sick twice cause of it. And what sucks is momma didn't tell me till later in the day way after it was done. She didn't want to tell me while i was at work,which i understand, but i hate not being told stuff. So, that hurt to. Well, that morning mom dropped a comb and when she went down to pick it up Bennie just attacked her for no reason. He got her bad on her wrist and then he started going toward her throat. He got her good on her breast and if Paul wasn't there to pull him off,literally, he probably would have gotten momma's throat and who knows how bad she would have been hurt. Paul got bit too and idk. The last couple days i've been getting better, but writing it out and remembering it just ..God!!! I don't understand why he snapped! But i understand why they had to put him down. He's bitten mom and Paul before and this time it was really bad and it was the only thing to be done. And through the past couple days we have heard 3 other people saying they had or knew someone that had to put their corgi down for the same reason. And one guy at work said Corgis are known to turn on their owners. Well, nice to know that now. When we got him people said they were the best dogs out there. But i guess not. Just sucks he did that, he brought it on himself, but it's so hard being in that house without him there. I tear up anywhere i look. A rug he loved to lay on, the air vent in the den he loved laying by, his hiding spot, where is food bowls were, how he stood at the door, etc etc. I miss the lil guy. He did a bad thing, but he was my first dog and i loved that thing more then anything and now he's gone. I still can't get that. He's really gone. I had a dream the other night that he wasn't. Mom and Paul just had him somewhere till he got better and one day i went over and he was back all ok and sweet again. But sadly, that was just a dream. I just pray so hard every night that animals do go to heaven and ill see my puppy again. But just you guys keep my momma in your thoughts. I know he was just a dog, but he was our special pup and we miss him. But mom is having the harder time because she was the one that had to take him and put him down. Paul had to work and wasn't able to do it for her. She feels guilty that it was her fault he turned like that and horrible she had to put him down. No one could have stopped what he did. His nature just beat out his training. They are just animals in the end.
Ok, i cant write anymore on that. I just had to update about it. But yah. I leave for WV friday and im very excited. Roni and her lil bro time. Should be fun! Especially since ill be driving us all up there. LoL Watch out people. LoL Night y'all.
