"I'd snap you like a twig!"
Today, in completely HI-larious conversational exchanges....
I was at my aerial class this morning where there was me, the baby, Mason (the burly instructor), and three impossibly tiny, very experienced aerialists. Honestly it's almost more fun to go to class just to watch the "professionals" practice their routines than work myself into a sweat. Anyway, one of the impossibly tiny was doing a...something... with Mason on the floor where he was laying on the floor and she was laying with her belly on his feet up in the air all acrobatic-like. They finish with their little stretchy/strengthy thing and she lays on the floor and says to me, "you should try it, i'll spot you."
My jaw hit the floor.
"You have got to be kidding me" i replied.
"No you should do it, it's really easy and feels great."
I stammered and hemmed and hawed something about not until the baby weight was gone (and then some!) or how i'd snap her like a twig. It was so laughable! I outweighed her by probably close to 40 pounds. Hilarious! Seriously, these aerial people crack me up.
