Things I no longer eat/drink:
- beef
- chicken
- pork
- dairy products (milk, yogurt, etc (although I am still eating ice cream..))
- eggs
- coffee
- soda
New things I eat:
- tomatoes
- leeks
- lentils
- barley
- oatmeal
You see, I'm a vegetarian now. Almost a vegan, even. For the first month or so I'm not going to be meticulously scanning ingredients lists when I shop or asking what exactly is in food when at a friend's house. But I will be keeping to not eating animals or animal products. I will be eating non-GMO foods. Mostly organic, in fact.
I don't really care whether or not you agree with me (whoever you are, out there in internet-land) in my choice. I don't even really care if you like it. I'm not going to try and force anyone to eat the way I do. So if I talk to you on a regular basis - relax. I'm still me, I just eat different things now.
