It was a gorgeous warm day stolen from early June with temperatures in the low 70s, a clear blue sky, and a wonderful south-west wind.

After work Kel and I went out to enjoy the warm evening and a mexican dinner, and on the way home we noticed an incredible storm off to the south-east. The storm-clouds stretched from the horizon up into the night sky and were filled with wild lightning, an almost continual display of flashes of light. It was a truely brilliant spectacle. We just stood for a while, out in the dark under the crescent moon, wind streaming through our hair, simply watching in wonder...

spring, storm
