Taare Zameen Par [The Stars are on the Earth]
I saw Taare Zameen Par today..
And loved it! After all, it is a film from Aamir Khan.
It's good sometimes to wash your brain in between Bollywood films with a nice film that actually has a meaningful storyline [aka not romantically centered].. haha. This one was about a young boy who has dyslexia, whose parents don't recognize the problem and is punished for being 'stupid'. Cue Aamir coming in as a teacher at the little boys boarding school who had the same problem as a child. Lots of touching storylines to come. Ah, it was so good! The relationship between the little boy and Aamir was great. I plain started bawling in the theater when the special school he taught at did their performance for school. Kids with special needs.. way to hit me in the heart, Aamir.
Basically, AAMIR I LOVE YOU. Never quit acting/producing/directing. You pwn everyone.
