Our ultrasound today was just perfect. We did not get the "Icy Bi*&^" as we call her. Today we had a really nice lady. She checked the gender first so baby would not get fed up with being poked and prodded and just curl up. Right as she moved down to look, she spread her legs wide open and there is no doubt, she is a girl. You could actually see her little girl parts.
She was able to get all the measurements and lots of pictures for us. Baby was unbelievably cooperative today and was being super cute. She kept waving her hands up and down, she was moving her mouth open and shut, kicking her little feet up at us and even made the peace sign, the tech thought that was especially cute and got us a picture! Just as soon as J scans them in, I will post the pics.
After finding out that she is a girl, we decided on our name.....

Her nickname will probably be Elly or Layne
Don't know if I had already said or not, but I have been feeling her kick for a couple of weeks now. I always feel her kick and then feel her kick again in the same spot. We now can understand what she is doing, she did it on the screen today-she does this cute little one-two kick. She kicks one little leg out and then the other one...over and over again! I usually feel this at night before I go to bed!
