I'm actually living in Ontario now, going to the University of Toronto. I grew up in YK, but left in 2000 because my step-dad was a gold miner (and I don't know if you heard about the huge Giant Mine lay-offs that went on back then...scandal!), and so we moved to Winnipeg. I haven't been back to Yellowknife in about 5 years, but I still have friends there, and my dad still lives there. How long have you lived there?

If you'd like I could try to think of something harsh and heart breaking to tell your journal, just to keep it in check :) Anyways, thanks for the add!

I moved up here July 31. I work at the newspaper here, it's crazy town! I saw bison, and now the bison are my best friends!
