Guess who just graduated
yup! Graduated May 14th. Got my Associates of General Studies. (Basically the "Damn, you been in college studying random things for so long we'll just give you a degree for all your efforts" degree) I still have two more degrees that I'm really close to finishing up, so for now I'm still considering myself a college student rather than a grad.
Interesting note: the class of 2007 is the last class to graduate from "CCSN". From now on, the college is going to be CSN (College of Southern Nevada). I feel pretty special. I feel even more special for falling down the stairs after getting my diploma folder and losing my cap. And I feel specialer still for running up and down the rows of chairs gathering the fallen balloons, when I was supposed to be walking down aisle in a single file line with all of the other graduates. It seems like I just don't know how to turn off the nerd in me.
