In a deep and dark December
Well since I haven't written in over a month here is an outline of recent updates:
I. Got a new car
A. My old one pooped out in October
1. The transmission had to be replaced which was more expensive than the car
2. She was donated to Habitat for Humanity
B. The new one is a 2007 Subaru Outback
1. I am spoiled I know but I will start making payments on it when I get a real job
2. She is a light tan colour and her name is Sally
3. She will be perfect for snow driving and the unavoidable future of toting children around
2. I feel like I'm in a state of solitary confinement
A. I'm lonely all the time (yes I like to whine)
B. The odd thing about it is that the more lonesome I become the less I want to socialize with other people
C. Starting to feel better
1. Watched Bob Ross today
2. Looked at pictures of pregnant Eleri (even though I don't want kids in the near future, seeing people who are pregnant and happy makes me happy)
3. I reconnected with a long lost friend from my childhood
A. Knew him from camp, we used to be pen pals, actually I consider him my first boyfriend
B. He doesn't talk to me since I mentioned I had a boyfriend, coincidence? I hope so.
4. I'm almost finished knitting a vest for my dad as a Christmas present
A. I love making cables
B. I don't think I've ever had a more time intensive project but I loved it.
C. It still needs an arm band on the left arm hole, and needs to have that side sewn up.
