ohhhh what a week!
first of all, lisa YESSSS you totally need a hott nerd! I see why the tough kinda bad boy has been so appealing, but i think the problem is it's really rather hard to find an intelligent one. i mean we all imagine there are a lot of them out there who are a lot like james bond or pierce brosnans character in that theif movie--the thomas crown affair. but really like 99% of them are just like the guys you see on cops...so disapointing hahaha. besides the intellectual nerdy poy can be quite a rebel--an intellectual rebel who refuses to conform to societies ideas of what is proper!!!! that's really more the kind of rebel you are, so you two would make a perfect match (though I guess you've also ahd your moments where you're kinda the other rebel too, you just can talk your way out of anything hahahah)
okay--it's been so long, where to start. first with the silly i've been meaning to tell lisa but that you all will enjoy!
*at the girls night awhile ago it totally got brought up how joey came to the girls work out club. i feel like it wasn't clear that this happened when they were broken up...though i didn't mention it cuz I didn't think it would help hahaha. it was pretty funny cuz though she said nothing...and i mean that pretty literally hahaha, i could imagine the things that went thru her mind:
"I don't even get invited to girls work out club (LIE) but JOEY does? they clearly like EVERYONE better than me, I never see them and EVERYONE ELSE always does...etc etc)
I actually almost laughed out loud the whole thing was so funny and SUCH a disaster hahahaha. however i do gotta give anne credit, i feel like she's been lockjng up that crazy insecurity way better lately (as she was before you left). i know it bothers her (things like that) but she doens't really show it...to me anyway hahaha
*we are going to see a rock ballet on sunday for anne's b-day. it's a ballet but to the music of david bowie, queen and someone else...inexcess? (or is that an 80's hip-hop group made up of 12 year olds? hmmm hard to say). joe is coming too and i sent him a deligthful text telling him how much he will enjoy the male cockpeices (only cuz he sounded so excited already i couldn't help myself heheh)
* neither Grover's nor joey's dui' seem to be going that well. Grover got the toughest judge in boulder courts (from rumors...i can't say whether that actually means he gives harsher sentences though, who knows). his blood test came back over .2 it sounds like (though i'm hearing that from dan), which means he is far more likely to get some jail time. joe on the other hand got his arrest report back and all i've heard is "it isn't good" as he called because they are trying to add a charge (DUI excessive alcohol content) but only listed it by statute number so he was curious what it was. it sounds like his bac was only .17 (not that that's low i suppose, i have no real idea how those numbers translate into drunkeness), so we will see.
*on a silly grover note. dan and i recently celebrated our anniversary by going to john elways. it was wonderful and delcious and as part of the fun i ate chocolate and WOLA no bad reaction (so who konws if i was never allergic and my skin was just so out of control it was hard to say, or if i just need to be wary of excess) ANYWHO (and yes the chocolate was goooooooooood hahaha), grover texts dan the day of and asks what he's doing, dan replies he and i are celebrating our anniversary at john elways. Grover texts back asking which one and if we have resos and finally dan's like yeah, why do you keep asking so many questions. Grover responds "i was hoping you'd take me there for our anniversary" (which is hilarious hahaha). so we arrive and there is a bottle of pino nior and a card on the table which is from none other than, mr. grover :) it was incredibly charming and thoughtful! also now that i've given him his props it actually went like this: dan and i see the wine and card thing, but just assume that is how all the tables start. it isn't until i am looking for the wine list i grab the card, at which point i start reading and think someone left it behind, so it's rude to read it, until at the last moment i notice it says grover hahaha. so we are dorks BUT the silly news is that lisa i felt like i had to tell you how grover seems to have gotten some game :) (though everytime i think that, I then think about him lying naked on his side with the light radiating behind him...soooo not good hahahahaha)
*i'm watching sex and the city and i'd really LOVE IT if one of us had a famous artist paint our poonani so the rest of us could show up and guess which picture it was. though i guess i'm probably the most likley to let someone paint my poonani so i woudln't have the fun of guessing...unless they didn't tell me which was mine until after i got a chance to guess!!!! yessssssssssssssssssssssssssss
