(no subject)
well it's been a while since i've updated this thing so i thought i'd give it a try and see how much i can type before i get bored with it.
i graduated from college. yep. did that may 14th at 2 pm. ate lunch at t-bone jones with my dad, granny, papa, aunt donna, uncle lon, uncle bruce, april, joe wade and juliette. then graduated. yeah..still weird to say that. then had dinner at caffe capri (yum) with my mom, aunt leesa, aunt gina, jody, leilani, hannah, april and joe wade.
it was a pretty good day. then tony and melissa came into town. that was the first time i'd seen tony since he'd been in the hospital. he was doing really good. they stayed with me that weekend along with john, brooke, and melissa's little sister. amanda was back in the states from mexico and she came into town that weekend as well.
it was a really good weekend. i love having all my friends staying with me. it was a lot of fun.
i've gotten to be really good friends with c-raig eidson. as crazy as that may seem. i'm still surprised by it because we are at absolute ends of the spectrum. other than our love for music..it's still the exact opposite type of music. it's weird. he wanted more from me. but he's too young and i could not imagine corrupting him. i'd hate myself for it. he's such a great guy though. some girl is going to be very lucky.
we went and got hiv tests. they're there for a reason. i mean anybody could get it. proud to say that mine came back negative. i'm not even embarassed to say that i did it because i just see it as being very very responsible.
jules, gabe and i went to houston on june 10th and watched the shins at the engine room with alysha, suchma, bristen, tim, leslie, russell and his girlfriend. shelly and amanda were there too. the shins are so great. played a short set but man they can shove those songs in there. we stayed at granny and papas which was a lot of fun.
then on june 22nd jules, gabe and i went to austin to see the decemberists at the parish. they were AMAZING. we actually ran into bendall. which was crazy and so great. i miss that guy sometimes. i mean he's weird but i still love him.
got my wisdom teeth taken out this past friday. i wasn't in any pain. much. i even went out friday night. got to see justin, shawn and jesus. it's always nice to see them. amanda got way too drunk. but c-raig helped me out and we got her home okay.
i was even nice to a certain stalker-asshole who in no way deserves my niceness. he's such an ass. but i think i put him in his place more than once so maybe he realizes that he should never act the way he acted towards me ever again. or i will kill him..or as stacey likes to say she'll just grab, cut off with scissors, and throw. :)
oh yeah. jules and i went to dallas to see fly, mordecai play at the doublewide. we got to see midori. and he told me that paul had gone on a date with some chick. which proceeded to make me extremely jealous for some reason. so i called paul when i got in the car and he was in chicago. i asked about the girl and he told me that he was dating her. which blew my mind. and i kind of choked out a "really?" and jules just looked at me like i was crazy. so i asked paul if he could tell that i was jealous and he was like "yeah." i can't help it. that's my paul. i mean i never went for it when i should have. i realize we hooked up a couple of times but i really had a chance more than once to make it more than that and i just got nervous. but i am really happy for him.
we stayed at my dad's apartment in dallas. i had never been there and he's lived there since like december or something. so that was nice of me.
i moved into an apartment with these two girls named leah and tessa. they're really cool. i just could not seem to leave college station yet.
i figure that since i graduated on time that i deserved a summer to just fuck around in college station. so i'm taking it. i'll be here until july 31st which is my last day in this place. i think i'm moving to granny and papa's in houston. live there rent free and make some money.
might go to colorado with my dad and brother at the end of august.
oh yeah...jules and i got our austin city limit festival tickets in the mail yesterday. i was so excited. i can't wait until september 17-19th. last year was so fun. and this year's list includes:

granted i have seen quite a few of these acts. but i want to see them again. i'm really excited. last year was so so fucking amazing.
umm..what else.
got to hang out with ryan thompson for a little bit yesterday. that was so nice. i probably hadn't seen him in a year. it took me back so long ago. that summer between freshman and sophomore year. then sophomore year with monde. craziness. but it was really really great seeing him. hopefully i'll get to hang out with him some this month before he moves to houston with j.
oh yeah... so i hadn't seen stat-casey since he graduated in december. granted we've talked on the phone every now and then. but i hadn't seen him cause he hadn't been back to cs since he moved in december. anyways he called cause he was supposed to be coming into town last month. well he ended up not coming. so a couple of weeks later i was talking to jules and i was like i just need to call him and tell him to come down. of course i didn't. but i got a call from him the next day and he was on northgate asking for me to come up there. so i got there and his friends like knew who i was. and he kept calling me beautiful and pretty.
damn we have never even done anything. we've just had this thing where we just look at each other like there's something there. i just like him. dammit. and he lives in san antonio. which sucks. but i jsut want to see him again. as jules said, "autumn, it's been a LONG time since you've actually liked someone." which is entirely true. it has been forever. i just want to see him. i called him cause we're going to austin for july 4th. we're actually leaving tomorrow. gonna stay at gabes. but casey might not be around. he, actually, might be in cs this weekend. dammit i hope not. so just pray that he calls me on saturday to say he's coming to austin for the night. geez i hope so.
