I hate getting blood work not so much because of the pain as because of the waiting rooms. The lab I go to is by a senior's home and the waiting room is full of clique-y seniors talking shit about each other and coughing on people that are probably sick to begin with, as they are at the lab.
IDK, I just get really mad when I'm sitting with a bunch of people who are waiting to get tested for AIDS or hypothyroidism or leukemia and some guy's spit-yelling into my ear about how he doesn't want to retire to Arizona, because it's too hot but he doesn't want to retire to anywhere outside Arizona because it's too cold.
In other news, my mom is having her friend and his family over for supper, but she can't remember his wife's name and thinks it's Lorax and now she's worried she'll call her Lorax. I love my mom.
