This hasn't been revealed yet, but I'm guessing he's somewhere in his early-mid 20s. I'm going to say he's 22. - What languages does Axel speak/write/read?
Unless I'm mistaken, inhabitants of Radiant Garden should know English. It's hard to say what else Axel knows, since KH universe has the potential to house a bunch more and as a general response to that, KH universe goes "fuck it."
Here's what Riku-mun has to say about it. This doesn't apply to Organization XIII, and it's unclear whether Axel a. Just knows a bunch of languages b. Learns a bunch of languages before he goes to a world/while he's there or c. Doesn't bother learning/just doesn't know/has someone else figure it out d. Has some sort of magical babelfish.
I'll come up with a better answer for this later, but right now I'm leaning towards the KH answer to this problem.
