Today I was accepted at Alfred, got my room in the dorm, got my books, met my adviser and one of my teachers...both seem really cool, and I have to get a laptop now...YAY!!!

mom and dad are because its required for some of my classes, and its gonna be a nice one

It is going to be at least something close to this one...but this is the one I found that is alightly better than what Alfred has, for cheaper, and this is the one I would like, but dad is going to Sams and BJ's tonight to look and see what they have.

LOL! You sound like me and Totem when she gets a new [INSERT TECHIE ITEM HERE] that is better than mine. ;) She loved the fact that her laptop was "better" than mine and still lets me know that it is years later...
