dexter did start, last weekend. i think it's on sundays at 10. another series to add to netflix at some point.

I have the new Decemberists. It's hard to describe - half commercial concessions to mainstream appeal (the first song sounds like Fleetwood mac, another sounds like Hall and Oates), and the other half sounds like folk-prog (a la Jethro Tull or Fairpoint Convention in their more adventurous moments). I'm not kidding. It's one hell of an unconventional first album on a major label deal.

really, unless they went screamo or something, i have much faith in the decemberists. the band has yet to disappoint me. and i LOVE hall and oates AND fleetwood mac so that shouldn't be a problem. :) i'll let you know what i think once i take a listen.
