How do you handle disappointment?

This depends on what I'm disappointed with. I'm always disappointed that the Decepticons feel as they do, but dealing with that has become an everyday thing...usually at dawn when Megatron routinely attacks. I don't really need an alarm clock such as the humans use...Teletraan's warning system is plenty, and quite reliable.
Disappointment in my crew is another animal completely. Dealing with that ranges from laughter, to a lecture, to punishment in varying degrees. There are a select few that are rather familiar with this coping system, they see it from me daily.
