2nd Semester
All is seeming well. I have gone to my four classes this week. Ian is again in my English class, which makes me happy. The teacher seems pretty chill, which is nice. My Eastern Religion teacher looks EXACTLY like Deb Morgan from Dexter. Also, she's awesome. My math teacher is short, stout, and awkward, but I think I'll be alright. My Western Civ. II teacher is this hilariously sweet older lady. All the tests are open-note. She ended our class today like an hour early [it's icy and dangerous out there, drive safe!] and spent the last 30 minutes of it on a lecture about witches, which is when I knew she was a woman after my own heart. Because I love the history of witch-hunting and how ridiculous it is.
Money is a little tight, but we're surviving. We can't use the new car Terry gave us until we pay for insurance, which we're working on actually being able to afford. But once we can drive that car, all should be well because I should be getting my permit in another week or so and there's no way in hell I can learn to drive our car now with it's 1985 stick-shift. I'll break it for sure.
ALSO: I've started to play World of Warcraft, which is a dangerously slippery slope. I really enjoy it. I got the trail free for 10 days. Can't afford to get an account. Heather plays too and she just keeps downloading it, which is what I'll probably have to do. And I'll just work on leveling up my mage on Ian's account, paid for by his step father for he and Eric, his little brother, to use.
