(no subject)
aside from going to the lilac festival today, i've been completely lazy. anne of green gables is life, just so you know. becca and i decorated a cake and took multiple "myspace" pics. basically, our eyes. our noses. me with an apron over my head. becca being seductive. me licking frosting . pretty special, let me tell you.
a lady told me yesterday that performance is a grueling career, and that someone once told her that if there was something else a person had a talent for and enjoyed other than singing or acting, they should do it. i'm capable of a lot of academic things, but if i ended up sitting in a cubicle all day, every day, i'd probably go insane. i promised myself a long time ago that it wouldn't happen. can't imagine what else i'd do.
in the kitchen a few minutes ago, noticed that someone glued the ear back onto leah's sticky rice bunny. thank you, mysterious bunny-gluer. i am eternally grateful.
this may sound weird, but i just had a thought: wouldn't it be nice to be someone's wife? seriously, it was so random, but it came to me nonetheless. i mean, i'm 17 years old. what's going to happen in the next 10 years?

school tomorrow. don't really want to go. this year has taken its toll. i'm ready for some belgium. on that note, my mom promised we could go to the opera in barcelona because we couldn't make it to mercury's on saturday. i took her up on the offer and decided to find out what's going on in barcelona in july. and what's the only opera playing in barcelona in july? you guessed it. that jem of a production, madama butterfly. basically, my life.
