Title: Christmas Cake
Pairing: JunBa
Rating: PG
Summary: Aiba wants to show Jun how much he really likes him, but he find obstacles in his way.

Aiba looked at his “work of art” with a rather helpless expression.

“Do you think if I glace it, it’s gonna be okay?”

Nino eyed the little cake in front of them skeptically. It looked close to black - without a chocolate glaze.

“Well, you sure can’t fuck it up any more,” he commented.

Aiba gave him a hurt look. He had busied himself with baking a treat for Jun, in hopes that the gift would win his hopefully soon more than friend’s heart over. The cake on the counter had been his third attempt, with the first one never getting anywhere near solid while the second one had been baked with loads of salt instead of sugar.

“What?” Nino shrugged. “There’s no way Jun’s gonna like that. Damn, I wouldn’t eat it and I’m not picky.”

“Maybe I can just cut the crust off?” Aiba asked, sounding quite discouraged.

“You could just buy one,” Nino offered.

“It’s not the same,” Aiba argued.

Nino sighed deeply. “It’s not like Jun will magically know you want to date him, if you bake the thing, you know.”

“But it’s a Christmas cake,” Aiba insisted. “You make stuff for the one you love at Christmas.”

“So, make something that will turn out decent,” Nino suggested.

Aiba glared at him. “There’s no such thing as Christmas Udon, though.”

“But you obviously can’t bake,” Nino pointed out. “Which is kind of weird, seeing how you’re a decent cook.”

“Baking is different,” Aiba told him. “When I cook, I improvise a lot, I do things as they come to me. When you bake, you need to stick to the recipe, like one hundred percent. If you don’t… well…”

“How about crepe?” Nino mused.

“Nah, Jun doesn’t like them,” Aiba sighed.

“Well, I see your struggle,” Nino told his friend, clasping his shoulder. “But then, when setting priorities, he should be able to enjoy your present. So…”

Aiba sighed, nodding weakly. “I’ll buy one.”

“He’s gonna like it,” Nino assured him.

“Thanks,” Aiba smiled. “For helping. How about I cook dinner?”

“Awesome,” Nino cheered.

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Aiba eyed the little box in his hand awkwardly. He had failed miserably at baking something for Jun, so he had done what basically every other guy did for Christmas. He got a small, neatly decorated Christmas cake at a bakery. Well, it was a cute cake, with a marzipan decoration that looked like Rudolph. He would definitely give it to Jun. He just needed to wait for a good opportunity. Best when everybody else was already on their way home after recording. He just needed to find a way to make Jun stay behind with him…

“What’s that?”

Aiba jumped slightly, looking up to find Sho standing behind him.

“Are you going to confess to someone?” Sho grinned.

Aiba blushed furiously. “None of your business,” he muttered, quickly putting the cake aside.

“Well, Christmas is confession time. Good luck,” Sho offered.

“Thanks,” Aiba answered awkwardly.

“Oh, stop making Aiba-chan feel embarrassed already,” Jun scolded his group mate.

“What - I wasn’t…” Sho tried to argue.

“You just want to be the one receiving what’s in there,” Jun teased.

It was Sho’s turn to blush. “What are you suggesting?”

“That you wouldn’t mind the confession, if you were presented food,” Jun grinned. He ignored Sho’s glare, his eyes turning towards Aiba and a smile coming to his face. “Ah, that reminds me, I’ve got something for you, Aiba-chan.”

Jun rushed off, leaving Aiba blinking after him.

“For me?” Aiba asked, surprised.

Jun returned a moment later, a small box in his hands.

“Oh, are we exchanging presents now?” Ohno asked, as he returned from the shower.

“Good idea,” Nino nodded. “Come on, let’s get the stuff that we bought.”

With that he insistently shoved Ohno to the back of the room.

Jun looked at them awkwardly, but then he turned his attention back towards Aiba.

“There you go,” he offered, handing the small package over.

Aiba looked at it with curious eyes. “What is this?” he aasked.

Jun chuckled. “Why don’t you find out?” he suggested.

Aiba eyed the box for a moment longer, then made to open it with wary fingers. As he opened the lid, his eyes grew slightly wide. Inside was a perfectly shaped cake, decorated in the color patterns of his parrot, animal figurines decorating the top and the sides and the words “Merry Christmas” draped onto it with chocolate sauce. Aiba looked at Jun with amazement.

“What…?”

“Please don’t get mad at him,” Jun smiled apologetically, “but Nino told me you had a hard time trying to bake a Christmas cake. So I thought I should bake one for you.” His look turned slightly shy. “I hope that’s okay.”

“That’s… so sweet,” Aiba managed to mumble. “I… you know…” Aiba bit his lip, not sure what to say next. “Thanks,” he said helplessly.

Jun’s smile grew a bit forced. “Well… no problem. I mean, that’s what friends are for, right?”

“Sure,” Aiba nodded awkwardly - he just couldn’t say anything else.

“Although,” Jun continued carefully, “Nino told me that I shouldn’t do that.” His eyes were fixed on Aiba. “He said you told him that you think of it as expressing deeper feelings when you bake Christmas stuff for someone.”

“Ah,” Aiba made. He was frozen in place.

“So,” Jun dragged out, his eyes having lost a bit of their glittering, “did you tell him that?”

“I…” Aiba cleared his suddenly dry throat, “I did,” he rasped out.

“And… was it a bad idea of me to make this?” Jun asked.

Aiba bit his lip. “Jun… are you…?”

“I’m not going to embarrass myself any further,” Jun told him. “The next move is yours.”

Aiba nodded and he moved quickly, wrapping one arm around Jun, his other hand busy holding onto his present, and forcefully pressed his lips to Jun’s, who gasped in surprise, but didn’t move away. It wasn’t a real kiss, it was more like a clashing of lips at a somewhat weird angle. Jun laughed slightly, but happily tried to amend their position when Aiba re-angled.

“Are you nuts?” Sho burst out, pulling Jun back and away from Aiba. “What are guys doing?”

“They’re finally getting a move on,” Nino commented.

“You can’t do that in here,” Sho insisted. “What if someone sees? What if someone actually captures it? What if…”

“Oh, for goodness sake, calm your tits,” Jun bit at him. “We’ve gone further than this on stage.”

“That’s not the point,” Sho argued. “You keep doing these things when people are around and it’s not safe. Just… think about what you’re doing.”

“If you don’t like it, you’re free to say so,” Jun told him.

“What I’m saying is, be discrete,” Sho shot back.

“Like you, you mean,” Jun sneered. “Who was never seen in any kind of situation, or establishments that gave decorative headlines. Like that, you mean.”

“Oh, for goodness sake,” Sho burst out, “we’re not twenty anymore. If this leaks in any way it’s not going to be set aside as just a slip, or something.”

“Aw, you’re really actually worried?” Jun asked, his eyes growing warmer.

“Just… don’t make a display of it,” Sho requested.

“Okay, okay,” Jun agreed.

“Alright, can we just make this official now, so we can move on with the other presents?” Nino cut in. “So, you guys are dating now?”

“Well,” Aiba muttered, still not fully grasping what was happening, “I guess so.”

“Masaki, if you want to date me, you had better be sure about it,” Jun told him.

Aiba chuckled. “Well, I’m very sure that I want to, if that helps.”

“I’ll tick that off as acceptable,” Jun grinned.

He carefully took the cake from Aiba’s grasp and placed in on the small table next to them. Then he wrapped his arms around Aiba’s form and initiated their first actual and sober kiss.

Sho rolled his eyes. “You’ve got to be kidding me.”

“Seriously, guys,” Nino complained. “Can we please get this done? There’s a boss fight I want to get to.”

Title: Afraid of the dark
Pairing: KameJun
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Jun and Kame get stuck in an elevator together. That sucks, because Jun is really scared of dark places. But then, Kame’s very willing to help him feel better.

Jun sighed deeply as he got into the elevator to finally get home for the day. He cringed as he heard hurried footsteps rushing near and just a moment later a figure slipped into the elevator just a second before the doors finished closing. Jun didn’t even really look at who had come to join him, he really just wanted to go home and rest for a few hours. The doors closed fully and he elevator started to move down, towards the ground floor. Jun was checking his mails, finding two new messages from Sho, who had once again shared some “interesting online articles” as well as a few random shares of video game adds from Nino.

Suddenly the light turned off. As Jun looked around the small cabin he stumbled as the elevator came to a screeching halt. He took a deep breath, trying to stay calm. The elevator was clearly stuck and it was pitch black around them.

“What the fuck,” he complained.

“Woah,” the guy who had jumped into the elevator exclaimed. “Usually they have a back-up light… but it seems that the entire electricity supply is down.”

Jun didn’t like the sound of that - at all.

“So… what now?”

“Hold on,” the guy said.

For a long moment nothing happened, then there was a narrow ray of light. The guy had turned on a flashlight app on his phone.

“Now I can at least see you, Matsumoto-kun.”

Jun blinked. “Kamenashi…” he muttered. “Ah, thanks. For the light.”

“No problem,” Kame shrugged. “But I guess we’re stuck here.”

“We should try to ring the emergency line,” Jun suggested.

“Good idea,” Kame nodded.

He turned his phone so that it lit the line of buttons in the elevator, which left Jun standing in the dark again. Jun hated not being able to see anything. He leaned against the wall, trying to find something to hold onto.

“Okay… I don’t think the connection is working,” Kame muttered apologetically, as if it were his fault.

Jun sighed. “Well, then… I guess we’ll wait? Damn, I’m so gonna tell the maintenance team what I think of… this tomorrow.”

Kame chuckled nervously. “Ah, I could use my phone to call someone. But then I have to turn the light off again. You wouldn’t happen to have a phone here?”

Jun blinked rapidly. Then he frowned, annoyed with himself. He was acting like a complete and utter idiot.

“Of course,” he muttered.

He pulled out his phone quickly and looked for the first number that came to his mind.

“Er, hi, Sho-kun. Sorry to disturb you at such a late hour. The thing is, I’m still at the agency. I wanted to get out just now, but the elevator’s stuck and the electricity supply seems to be cut off entirely. I’m here with Kamenashi-kun. We’re okay, but we can’t call anyone. Could you… you know, inform someone? We’re in one of the front elevators.”

Jun waited for Sho to finish a rant on how this was ridiculous and the elevators as well as the electric doors should get checked more regularly. He then promised to make sure they would be able to get out of there soon, before hanging up to get to work.

“Okay,” Jun sighed, slowly sliding down to sit on the floor. “I guess now we wait.”

“I’m sure they’re gonna get us out of here in no time,” Kame assured him.

Jun nodded weakly, not really convinced. And even if someone came to get them soon, every single minute in that dark, narrow room was basically torture.

“Sorry you’re stuck here with me,” Jun mumbled.

“Hey, my fault jumping in just before the doors closed,” Kame answered.

He slid down to rest on the floor next to Jun.

“Well, at least now I’m not here by myself,” Jun said with a small smile.

Kame chuckled. “Don’t tell me… you’d be afraid by myself?”

“No way,” Jun burst out, a bit too harshly.

He was certain that the narrow light provided by the phone wouldn’t show his blush, but even so he felt like he revealed too much.

“It’s okay,” Kame told him. “I know.”

“You know... what?” Jun asked warily.

“That you’re afraid of the dark,” Kame answered.

He turned slightly, smiling at Jun.

Jun laughed at that. “You really follow our activities and trivia stuff? You know we’re only feeding random information. You know how these things work. You do the same thing.”

“I know how these things work,” Kame admitted. “And I do the same thing. Just…” He eyed Jun warily.

“What?” Jun asked, blinking.

“Well, when you relate something that’s actually true, you always flash a smile when you’re done talking. Like you’re remembering something related to that. And well, when you say that you’re terrified of being alone in the darkness and then smile like that, it’s… well, weird. I wonder what you thought of, though. If you dislike it, what’s the thing that makes you smile?”

“Wow,” Jun said, surprised. “I’ve never been told that I have a give-away.”

“It’s not so bad, though,” Kame assured him with a smile. “But honestly, what encounter was it that made you smile when thinking of dark places?”

“Well,” Jun dragged out. “Okay. It was when I was still very little. All lights went out. I was so scared. I couldn’t see anything and I refused to leave my bed. I remember, I cried a lot. My sister got into my bed and she hugged me and told me that it would be okay, that the light would turn back on again soon. It took forever. Well, maybe it was really just no more than a few minutes. I was just something like four and I was scared like shit, so it’s likely that it felt a lot longer than it actually was.”

“That was sweet of your sister, though,” Kame said in a warm voice. He averted his eyes and licked his lips. “Hey… if it makes you feel better… I can hug you, I wouldn’t mind.”

Jun eyed him carefully. “I guess you wouldn’t,” he muttered.

“Well, it’s just an offer,” Kame shrugged. “I’m not scared. So… you can rely on me, if you want to.”

“That’s… sweet,” Jun smiled. “But really, you’re not scared?”

“I don’t mind the dark,” Kame let him know.

“That’s good,” Jun nodded. “But really, we’re stuck in this tiny cabin… just about lost somewhere between floors, most likely hanging in the air dozens of meters above the ground, nothing but a steel rope hold us up…”

Jun jumped slightly as Kame grabbed onto him.

“Stop saying stuff like that,” Kame demanded. “You’re freaking me out.”

“Sorry,” Jun chuckled. “Now, instead of letting you soothe me, I got you all unnerved as well.”

“My fault,” Kame mumbled against Jun’s shoulder. “Shouldn’t have pushed you.”

Jun chuckled. “And there I thought you were flirting.”

Kame stopped breathing for a moment. “I… you must think I’m pathetic.”

Jun shifted slightly, wiggling a bit out of Kame’s hug, but turning to look at the other’s face.

“Why would I?” he asked.

“Don’t you think it’s weird when people… you know, idolize you?” Kame asked.

Jun blinked. “Well, I’m an idol, so…”

“But you wouldn’t date someone who… you know, someone who’s a fan,” Kame insisted. “You said it yourself. You know, back in the day, when you adored Sho-kun like that. You said you needed to grow up about it.”

Jun laughed at that. “Sho was being a bit of a jerk and I was a teenager. I was just trying to… well, I thought I had to get rid of that feeling in order to grow up. You’re restless like that when you’re still young. It was a long while later that I understood that these feelings aren’t bad. Nino, you know. I watched him and he taught me how to find true passion again. It can really be something that can… you know, drive you. In a positive way. There’s nothing wrong with being passionate about something - as long as you don’t get lost in the feeling. When you find joy in your passion and you can share it, that’s a good thing.”

Kame smiled at him. He shifted a bit closer to Jun, making their arms brush together, their faces already forebodingly close. Kame’s heart started to race when Jun did not withdraw, but actually shifted too, offering an inviting posture.

“So… it’s okay that I’m being passionate about you?”

“Perfectly fine,” Jun told him, his voice a mere whisper.

“And,” Kame rasped out, his voice dropping its volume as well, “would you… share that passion with me?”

Jun flashed him a shy smile. “Happily,” he breathed out and tiled his head slightly in invitation.

Kame didn’t need any further encouragement. Hastily he brought their lips together, his eagerness getting the better of him. They kissed as best they could in their rather uncomfortable position on the floor. Their arms and knees got in the way more than once and some time into it Jun pulled at Kame’s form decisively and Kame moved, his legs easily straddling Jun’s lap and then their bodies pressed together and Jun sighed happily and a tongue licked Kame’s lips playfully. A gentle hand stroked up and down Kame’s back, eliciting a soft mewling sound from his mouth that had grown incredibly busy with nipping, licking and stroking an all too willing counterpart.

Suddenly the lights around them flashed back on. They both started a bit, taking a look around. When their eyes met they both looked a bit embarrassed.

“Maybe we should…” Jun mumbled.

“Yeah,” Kame nodded, reluctantly removing his form from Jun’s lap and getting up.

Sure enough just a short moment later the cabin was moving again. The pair of them stood side by side awkwardly, waiting for the elevator to arrive at the ground floor. Jun was feeling pretty miserable. It had felt really good to kiss Kame. But then… Was it really a good idea to simply head into something like that? With a person he didn’t really know? Kame had similar second thoughts, thinking it might be a bit difficult to actually date Jun, who was so busy and a perfectionist to boot, a guy who was just as demanding as he was popular. When the doors finally slid open to release them from their silent prison, they both jumped again. A rather large crowd was awaiting them, cameras and microphones everywhere, everybody just staring at them.

“What… is this?” Kame asked, feeling extremely uncomfortable.

“Oh no,” Jun breathed out.

Before the situation could get out of hand Jun’s manager cut in, taking everybody to one of the backrooms in order to make sure there were no leaks. It turned out Jun was supposed to be part of a dokkiri segment. Kame jumped in by chance, but the director had thought of it as an interesting turn of events. Of course, he couldn’t have anticipated just how interesting things would actually turn out. About an hour later everything was settled and everybody was leaving the scene.

Jun and Kame went out the front door, the crisp evening air hitting their faces.

“So…” Jun dragged out.

“How about dinner?” Kame suggested.

Jun blinked. “Huh?”

“Well, I’m kind of hungry,” Kame shrugged. “I thought maybe you’d want to grab a bite too. So, might as well go together. If you want to.”

Jun gave him a wary look. “Are we going on a date?”

Kame smiled at him shyly. “Do you want to?”

“Well…” Jun dragged out.

“I know,” Kame sighed. “I know I’m not an overly interesting guy to date. It’s likely I don’t meet your expectations. So, if you don’t want to bother…”

Jun shook his head, chuckling lightly. “I can be quite something to deal with. I get moody, bitchy, nagging… I wonder if you’d find me worth the effort.”

“I’m intrigued,” Kame said openly.

Jun smiled at him. “Me too.”

“So… Yakiniku?” Kame suggested.

“Sounds good,” Jun agreed. “But I want a mixed fish and meat meal.”

“Sure,” Kame nodded.

“Perfect, I know a place,” Jun offered.

His phone rang and he pulled it out, his eyes growing wide as he saw who was calling him. Hastily Jun picked up.

“Sho-kun… Listen, about that elevator thing…”

Title: All I want for my Birthday is you
Pairing: JunBa
Rating: NC-17
Summary: It’s Christmas and Jun shows Aiba that it’s absolutely a very good day to have your birthday on.

“Oh my god,” Aiba burst out, head pressing back hard into the pillow. “Jun, right there, right… there!”

His entire body was vibrating with the wonderful feelings of his lover’s mouth around his dick and same lover’s fingers stroking his prostate with a precision that spoke of longtime practice. Jun hummed around his length, making him go completely boneless. Aiba just lay there, eyes wide open in wonder, his fingers twitching occasionally as he enjoyed Jun’s ministrations that brought him closer and closer towards the point of no return…

“Jun, wait,” he gasped out. “Wait… come here.”

Jun slowed his efforts, giving Aiba a soothing down instead of simply ripping himself away. When he left off what he had been doing he easily slipped up and on top of Aiba, his beautiful eyes shining down on Aiba with love.

“What do you want?” he asked.

“I want you in me,” Aiba rasped out, already spreading his legs wider to give Jun more room.

Jun looked a bit surprised. “But… you said you wanted to…”

“Changed my mind,” Aiba interrupted him. “It’s better when you’re there with me… all the way.”

“Oh… okay,” Jun muttered, looking quite helplessly at his only half-formed erection.

The plan had been quite different from what his boyfriend was asking now. It could be a bit difficult - not that he was opposed to the prospect of fucking his lover. He just wasn’t prepared…

“Can you just… give me a minute?” he requested.

Aiba sighed. “What?”

“Well, I haven’t exactly… paid a lot of attention to my needs,” Jun explained. “Just a second, really.”

He quickly went to stroking himself. His movements were rushed, a bit half-hearted and harsh, which wasn’t exactly very fulfilling, but the stimulation did its job, quickly making him hard enough for penetration. He gave Aiba a promising smile as he reached for the condom box.

“No,” Aiba interrupted him again. “Just you…”

Jun’s eyes widened considerably. They had never…

“Are you sure?” he asked.

“Yes,” Aiba nodded. “Let me feel you.”

Jun nodded quickly, grabbing the bottle of lube and slicking his dick up, finding it already more comfortably hard at the mere prospect of getting to go skin on skin. He didn’t even bother to wipe his sticky fingers, quickly positioning himself between his boyfriend’s legs, his length already prodding against the twitching hole.

“Yeah,” Aiba sighed happily.

Jun slid home in one single easy push, groaning at the feeling of Aiba’s walls hugging his cock tightly without any kind of barrier. He felt how the muscles moved, giving way for him, for him, no restraints, Aiba’s body not keeping anything secret from him.

“So good, baby,” he whispered in Aiba’s ear. “You feel so good.”

“Mh,” Aiba hummed. “Fuck me.”

Jun didn’t have to be told twice. He quickly set a rhythm, which was more demanding than he had intended to go for, but he was still overwhelmed by the new sensations engulfing him and he really couldn’t help it. Aiba sure wasn’t complaining, though, pushing back against him, hips tilted up to take him in deeper.

“Fuck, yeah,” Aiba moaned silently.

His entire body wrapped around Jun, holding him as close as he could while still letting them move enough to drive them towards orgasm.

“Masaki,” Jun gasped, his hips developing a mind of their own, driving into his lover’s body with more force by the second.

It didn’t take long for their coupling to turn ugly, limbs dangling at weird angles, their skin slapping together giving obscene sounds, their faces contorting with the pleasure they felt. It was utterly blissful.

“Jun,” Aiba panted out. “Let’s… let’s come together.”

Jun groaned. The thought was incredibly arousing, but the task a bit tricky.

“Help along?” Jun asked.

“Just keep going,” Aiba demanded. “I… I’m gonna…”

And that’s when Jun felt it, the light shaking of Aiba’s body that was the first tell-tale sign and he moaned, loud and long. Hands free, he thought. Just from me fucking him. He kept driving into his lover forcefully and sure enough just a moment later he felt the body beneath him starting to strain more and more. It wouldn’t be long now and his dick swelled at the thought of Aiba coming from being stroked solely inside.

“Jun,” Aiba gasped. “Jun, I’m gonna come. I’m gonna come…”

Jun groaned, burying his face in the crook of Aiba’s neck, throwing all of himself into it.

“Yeah, baby,” he rasped out between gasping breaths, “come for me. That’s it… just let go. Let go-oohhhh…”

He gasped as he felt Aiba tumbling over the edge, his body pulsing repeatedly, forcing his orgasm from his body, sticky fluid smearing between their rutting bodies and with Aiba’s walls contracting again and again, stroking his cock in their very own way Jun too pushed past the last restraints, shuddering deliciously as his own orgasm washed over him, leaving him boneless the second it hit him, unable to hold himself up. He collapsed on Aiba’s form even as his body still twitched helplessly, his seed spurting right into Aiba’s awaiting body. Another long-stretched moan tore itself from Jun as his mind slowly caught up with all the sensations that still had him wrapped in their tight grip. He came for almost a minute and he was certain that he passed out for just a second, before he found himself wrapped in Aiba’s loving arms that were stroking him up and down.

They both took several minutes to recover enough to be able to move again. They carefully untangled their bodies, still breathing a bit harder than usual.

“So,” Jun dragged out. “Worthy birthday sex?”

Aiba laughed slightly. “Unforgettable.”

Jun hummed in contentment, snuggling up to Aiba, who welcomed him happily.

“You know that stuff is gonna get all sticky in there and it’ll run back out your hole?” Jun muttered.

“No, I don’t,” Aiba answered, sounding tired. “Never did that before.”

“It’s disgusting,” Jun promised.

Aiba slapped his arm weakly. “I’m sure it’ll be worth it,” he said none the less.

“I truly hope you’ll feel that way,” Jun told him. “Because damn, I want to do that again.”

Aiba chuckled. “As long as I get pay-back, I’m sure that can be arranged. I… it felt really good. To feel you like that.”

“Mh,” Jun agreed. “It felt wonderful. And I’ll happily pay you back.”

Aib craned his neck a bit. “Okay, it’s still my birthday for five hours. If we rest for an hour or something now, then…”

Jun chuckled slightly, tightening his hold on his lover. “Make it two and I’ll be ready to go,” he promised.

Aiba nodded his agreement and settled down next to Jun to rest a bit - but not before setting an alarm on his phone. He wasn’t going to take chances of them sleeping past midnight. He was sure that Jun wouldn’t be picky about the timing, but even so, he absolutely wanted to be able to say “That’s how we both took that step on my birthday”. Not that he’d ever voice such a thing to anyone. But it sounded wonderful just in his head. And he could repeat it to Jun as well and he was sure Jun would love it. Jun, who had already fallen asleep in his arms, his breathing even and just a bit screeching, but that was okay, really. Aiba smiled, resting his body next to Jun’s not regain his strength and to enjoy the closeness of Jun all around him.

Title: The get-away and come-back
Pairing: JunBa, indicated Yama
Rating: PG-13 (for indication of dirty activities 😉 )
Summary: Aiba and Jun are on a weekend get-away together - but find that it’s really not what they had been expecting…

The scenery outside the window was beautiful. Snowflakes were dancing around in a light breeze, beautiful small lanterns illuminating the wide-spread lawn. In the distance the smoky air indicated the hot spring behind the house. Aiba watched the scene for a while, then shifted his attention back to the fire that was crackling in the fireplace right in front of the couch he was lying on. The warm, breathing form that pressed against his back felt soothing and the fingers playing with his hair made him feel loved. Everything was just perfect. It had to be perfect. Nothing was missing and what more could one ask for? Alone time with your lover, a secluded place, no work anywhere near. However…

Aiba wiggled around in Jun’s arms.

“Jun.”

“Hm?”

“This is boring.”

Jun blinked at his boyfriend. “Well… This was your idea, wasn’t it? A get-away weekend together.”

“I know,” Aiba nodded. “But really… we’ve been lying here for about an hour. Tell me honestly, do you like it? Like this, I mean?”

“It was your plan,” Jun repeated. “I thought you would enjoy it.”

Aiba looked slightly sullen. “Somehow when you get to see scenes like that you’ll think that it would be awesome. But really, just hanging around here… It feels kinda…”

“Dull,” Jun finished the thought.

Aiba chuckled lightly. “That’s just about the right word, yeah. Seriously, what’s so cool about secluded places? We’re in the middle of nowhere. We can’t go out and do anything interesting. And in here it’s just this fireplace.”

“Sho would say that it’s a perfect place for some peaceful reading,” Jun mused.

“Yeah, Sho-chan can bite me with his wise-assing,” Aiba muttered.

“Aiba-san,” Jun mock-chided his lover. “Such dirty language.”

“Well, if Sho-chan would like it, he can come here and… do whatever he wants to do,” Aiba suggested.

“I know what you mean,” Jun agreed. “Romantic get-away and all, but really… we’ve done the snow walking, the couple dinner, we’ve visited the onsen multiple times already. Not much left to do.”

“Sorry,” Aiba mumbled apologetically.

“For what?” Jun asked, pulling his lover closer as he snuggled against his form.

“I suggested this,” Aiba stated. “Now we’re stuck here. We’ve got all of tomorrow to go and another night’s stay.”

“We’re not stuck,” Jun opposed. “If you don’t like it here, we can just… you know, pack up and go wherever else we want to be. Anywhere’s fine with me.”

Aiba looked at him warily. “So… if I told you how badly I want to just go for some ramen and then find a place with a huge flat screen and a huge bed in which you can eat and have drinks brought to your room…”

“Hold on for a second,” Jun interrupted. “I’m all up for ramen, really. But a part of your plan sounds rather expensive. I’d also want to know what you want a flat screen for.”

“So we can watch our favorite drama shows together?” Aiba suggested. “You know, the ones we can already lip synch while they’re running? I really like doing that. And then order up food and drinks until we’re too full for sex.”

Jun laughed at that. “It sounds like fun,” he admitted. “Still expensive, but definitely like fun. Except for the no-sex part, that is.”

“We could still make it back to town if we get started soon,” Aiba kept his train of thoughts running.

“We can,” Jun agreed. “However… if we’re skipping the rest of this get-away, which cost a lot of money - and seeing how we’ll be spending more, why don’t we take advantage of the one thing this place is rightfully promoted for?” He grinned at Aiba’s blinking face. “We’re in the middle of nowhere with not a soul around. So, we can be as loud as we want to be,” he winked.

Aiba grinned back at him. “Now, that sounds like fun too.”

He pulled Jun down for a passionate kiss that soon turned into something much more heated. They sure made most of their secluded situation and in the back of his head Aiba thought about actually booking the place again for a day trip some time while they were getting cleaned up. They then proceeded to get back into town, they found a good hotel and turned on the TV, they watched their favorite shows, ordered food and drinks, they talked and had fun and finally fell asleep entangled together on a bed that was messy with food stains rather than other stuff, but as happy and content as they had been in a while. And when Sho asked them about their trip a few days later, Jun told him that the place was perfect if you wanted to basically get away from everything for a while, including TV and the internet. Sho booked a hut for the upcoming weekend right away.

Ohno took Jun aside for a moment. “Please, tell me there’s a pond where you can go fishing…”

Okay, that’s all for now. I hope you enjoyed it. 😃
