Happy Endings had absolutely no character growth, and Jane went from amusingly anal to creepy. Actually, I think Brad's the only character I like.
With Glee, I think some of it is that enough people are watching it, and as I said, it's a Fox darling and an AI darling, so it gets to stay. Sadly.
Yeah, I kind of want P&R to end before it goes stale too. They've done a superb job of not doing that, of continuing to let characters grow, but eventually it's going to be hard to do that within reason, and that's usually when shows stop being as great. I want them to end on a high note.
Most people I know hate-watch Glee, or still watch but don't care much anymore. My one friend who was just so so into it, I don't even know if she watches and she was obsessed. I only started watching because of Darren Criss but after the second season he was on I couldn't sit through it anymore. I think everyone on that show deserves more. If that makes sense. I am a fan of so many people on the show but the show is just... just.
I tried watching Happy Endings. I started liking Penny but she got really annoying quickly. The only characters on the show I liked were Jane and Brad..... and even then I still had to look up their names just now.
I love Community. The end. :) But really, I'm so glad they got renewed after how they were treated this last season. The way they all handled it was great.
I've never watched Parks & Rec or Rasing Hope. I want to watch Parks & Rec but I would have to watch from the beginning. It's not on Netflix which is disappointing.

That's a good point. I think a lot of people just like it for the music, too. Or always love/hated it, so it doesn't make much of a difference.
I love Community too, and although I didn't love this season, I think they were working with next to nothing after everything the show went through. I know a lot of people blame the new staff, but I don't think that's really the problem.
That's so weird that P&R isn't on netflix. It is on iTunes, although you'd have to watch a bit at a time.
I'm really pleasantly surprised about Community--the way they were treating it, I was so sure this was the final season. IDK what you mean about So a lot of things didn't make sense, and so there wasn't even any payoff--is there usually payoff every season? :s I still haven't seen the last couple of episodes, but I feel like this season was about on par with much of season 3 at least--hit and miss. I think the Troy/Britta pairing never made much sense, but I liked how they resolved that in the body switching epp
( ... )
Another Borgias fan! Yes, they really need to come out with the final news. I've been hearing all sorts of things about a fourth season or a 2 hour movie or what. I just want *certainty* damnit...
Yeah, I think I've seen you around cesare_lucrezia! ;) Ugh yes the back and forth is making me so anxious, I need to know already--it's the renewal I care most about! O_o
That's kind of the issue I have with Happy Endings. My friends and roommate sing its praises and try to get me to watch it, but... I just don't really like any of the characters. Sometimes I feel like it's trying too hard to be quirky and everyone comes off as annoying to me.

Yeah, I've never been a fan of Glee, so I'm not that surprised.
