Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat!
Remember this from last year? I think it should be resurrected. So, to get the ball rolling, this is mine. Because you all need to do this too. For real. Because you all deserve presents. And lets be honest, we all know we're a bunch of procrastinators, and we have hectic real lives, so putting this out *now* means we all have more time to get things done on time! :D
STEP ONE
- Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
- If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you. [Note: Your home address is not required!]
- Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ, or link to this post (it'll be public) so that the holiday joy will spread.
STEP TWO
- Surf around your friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:
- If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.
You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call. There are no guarantees with this project, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

4. Adorkable and/or smutty Ryan/Amanda (from True Jackson: VP) fic. Preferably with a pining/lovesick Ryan and/or an Amanda who just can't get enough of him and is fighting her love. Or... something. Like dominatrix!Amanda!
5. Adorkable and/or fluffy Tiffany/Skipper (from As the Bell Rings) fic.
6. Troy/Sharpay college fic. Because Sharpay totally understands Troy's college pressures better than Gabriella does, and it would be so easy for him to just go "visit Chad" except Chad is very clueless, and his new bf Ryan has to clue him in. ... Not that I've thought about that, or anything.
7. Spam fic. But not just any Spam fic. Like, serious relationship fic where they're both way farther involved than they want to admit, because really, they're just "goofing around" for fun, but something happens, and it just all falls in around them. I'm thinking breakup and lots of angst, and by the end of the story everybody (at least the gang -aka Carly and Freddie) knows. It might be a little too angsty and wouldn't fit well into a one-shot... hmm. Oh! Baby!fic!!! Wherein Sam worries that she's knocked up (is or isn't - up to you) and she and Spencer get to be adorkable and trying to hide things and nervous together! Baby!fic always makes me happy.
8. Tickets to go see a Broadway show. Or a play/not a musical. I love theatre.
9. TJ:VP icons. Of the Amanda/Ryan or just Amanda and just Ryan variety. :)
