Last night, I stayed up until 6am reading the Jason Vale book Turbo Charge Your Life in 14 Days
It's a fantastic book and very well written.  It's not just juice, you can eat too.  The rules are simple although there's alot of juicing involved and recipes and stuff.  He recons that in the first 14 days, you can lose up to 14lbs - a stone.  And continuing with it, not quite as strictly in the time after will probably get rid of all my big fat fat within the next 9 - 10 months! My brother recommended it bigstyle and said that he lost 3 stones in 4 months! Wouldn't that be amazing? There's alot of psychology in it, JV says that you don't just focus on it as a diet, but as a complete change of life and he suggests that you visualize your goal every morning and night.  You don't focus on what you can't have but what you can, and the juice, i've had before, made from raw fruit and veg and done in a super juicer contains most the nutrients that our body craves, but hides behind addictions such as caffiene, alcohol, sugars and crappy crap crap.

So as of today, I've replaced caffinated drinks with water and herbal teas, and dairy is one of the dietary sins, so there's no room for caffiene free tea and coffee!  and, despite being paid, I wasn't straight round the shop for booze!

A new, healthy lifestyle! And the potential to lose a shite load of weight...woohoo
