First Screen:

Twitterrific - Makes dealing with Twitter easier than it should be.
Now Playing - Movie listings, on time, easy to read.
Grocery iQ - Perfect for optimizing my grocery shopping trips. Lots of products it already knows about and what aisle the product is in.
Facebook - One of the best designed iPhone applications. Just really good.
Rolando - The most enjoyable all around game that I've played. Pick up and play.
iSSH - Now I can get into emacs from my iPhone!
NetNewsWire - An RSS reader with smarts and good sense to sync with my NetNewsWire reader at home.

Second Screen:
Cube Runner - Pick up and play. Simple, clean, straightforward controls.
Bloom - Make some music.
Darkslide - View friends Flickr pictures in style.
Google Earth - Use it.
Light - Free light or strobe. Go Erica Sadun.
Pandora - Smart streaming music made for you.
newtonica - Simple pick up game with throbbing soundtrack.

Third Screen:
Topple - Reminds me of a game in WiiWario.
1Password - A necessity when you have lots of passwords.
Shazam - Identify most any song just by holding up your iPhone to the sound.
Tap Tap NIN - Not DDR for the fingers, but close.
Trism - One of the first games I bought. Think Bejeweled but tilted.
Frenzic - Fast, pressurized game with beautiful UI design.
LiveJournal - Self explanatory.
