The HR guy thought I did wonderfully. The people who interviewed me thought I was great! Excellent in fact. Unfortunately, they feel that I need to be in the next teir of jobs...so basically to experienced in what I do now, but not enough experience in where I would need to be. *sigh* I think its because I am out of this positions salary range. They told me to defintely consider them when I get about 5-6 months experience in the level up position. *sigh* Its all so frustrating. Maybe I am just not meant to have any of these that I am looking for. I dont know.
