awesome stuff
- applied for one job, got an interview, and got the job. awesome. I'll be a clerk for AISD. its even enough hours that i dont need a weekend job!
- talked to my dad about my gone-to-shit computer. he says it probably got damaged by power surges (which there were many just before i moved out of waterview). He suggests i get a new computer, i suggest the 14" iBook, he agrees. YAY. I'll pay $1000 on credit and he'll pay whatever is left over. I think it'll be like $1260 or so after tax.
- my dad got a remote job at lockheed martin. this means he works from home and gets paid more. and the earnings get passed on to me, the consumer.
- i beat phantasy star online, ep 1 just now. it wasnt very hard...
p.s. - does the iBook count as "a huge purchase i can't afford?" i should check out the guidelines in the 101 things to do.
