eddie is really cool
So today was pretty great. Eddie arrived here at like 3-ish and the four of us went out for Taco B: a great way to start. Chase has a pretty nice looking black knit cap and after wearing Matt's pink pursehat yesterday, I decided I needed a good hat too.
We headed to the army surplus store to check out the battle-tested outerwear. The guy had a big chest of black knit caps, but he had washed them and they had all shrunk. And I have a big head, which doesnt help. Instead, I bought a green canvas messenger-y bag. On one hand it was $24, on the other, it's really great.
Hatless, we hit up Sears. Long story short, they had no hats either.
While there, Matt mentioned he had some large amount of money on his JC Penney's gift card from last year, so I asked him if he could buy me a hat there for Christmas. After a heated debate on the quality of Lance Armstrong's personality, we dropped Chase off at home and we headed to the mall.
Hats abounded, but Matt didn't have his gift card. Eddie did though, with just enough to buy all three of us sweet knit caps. The cashier girl may or may not have been flirting with all three of us.
After chilling at home for a bit, we went to Marissa's place and stood around a fire in the freezing cold like hobos. S'mores were had and enjoyed by all and the cops were called on us for absolutely no legitimate reason. Luckily, the cop was completely aware of the ridiculousness.
Tomorrow is going to be pretty great and all because of that beautiful Sarah Silverman.
